We both store information for our users and provide access to other data stores. By using our products and services you agree that we are not liable for any files or data lost, corrupted or changed on either our services or those that we interface with. You also agree that we are not responsible should any of your data or files stored on our services or those we interface with be stolen, viewed or copied by unauthorized individuals.
Other than as explictly documented for our services and APIs provided for developers, you may not, without our prior written approval, attempt to reverse engineer, appropriate, or compromise the security of any part of our products, services, servers, or associated technologies. You are expressly forbidden from attempting to de-obfuscate any JavaScript code found on our site. Should you attempt to do so, we may pursue civil or criminal action against you.
You are free (and encouraged) to create links to redfs.com and any of our other domain names, but you are forbidden from attempting to use any of our technology in any products or services unless that technology is explictly made available to developers.
You are also forbidden from engaging in any behavior that puts undue load on our servers, including, but not limited to, issuing an exorbitant number of requests, attempting to exhaust disk capacity or bandwidth through large requests or sending useless data to our servers.
Our services may experience partial or complete outages from time to time. Also, access to services we connect to may go down from time to time. There is a remote possibility that you may experience permanent data loss. By using our services, you agree to tolerate outages and accept the possibility that you temporarily or permanently lose access to data which you have stored on our services. We endeavor to create robust and fault tolerant code and systems, but mistakes do occasionally occur. For critical data or files, we recommend that you keep your own copies of data.
Our software may also have some bugs. These bugs may result in incorrectly displayed data, crashed web browsers, or damage or corruption of your machine. While we go to great pains to ensure that your machine is unaffected by any bugs in our code, it is remotely possible that you may lose data through the use of our services. By using our products and services, you agree that we not liable for damages resulting from faults in our software, including, but not limited to lost productivity or data.
We issue accounts on a per user basis. Each account belongs to a single human user. You are expressly forbidden from selling access to your account to others, sharing access to your account, or allowing use of your account on more than one machine at once. Should you do any of these, we may deactivate your account and pursue any other appropriate legal remedies.
